Just a note to say thank you so much for sorting out our pool in Pymble. Our issue was complex. We had two pumps run dry and the previous company we used could not work out why the water was not returning to the filter. I was told it was due to the filter being too high & away from the pool & they suggested moving my complete filtration system. This would have cost me thousands of dollars. This company sent 2 staff members and then finally the owner arrived all to no avail.
Nigel Tang arrived and fixed my issues within 2 hours. The work was completed 6 months ago and we have not had the pump run dry since.
I have also had them install a Polaris cleaning system that is working beautifully.

I thought you might be interested to know the results of the electricity consumption meter. I plugged it into the pump for 2 weeks operating 3 hours per day. The total power used was 8.2 kWh, which by my calculations is 195 watts per hour. A huge saving on teh old pump at 1250 watts per hour.

I had a wonderful experience over Sunday lunch which I wanted to share with you.
To quote my cousin “A delightful, extremely knowledgeable gentlemen arrived at his home looked at his pool took some photos, quoted him and then explained how he would be able to with the information he had gathered help him with all his pool requirements without him needing to call him back to site – unless expert assistance was required.” He was delighted with the integrated computer system used as well as all the energy saving advice that was offered to give him a better more affordable pool experience.
